COOL CALM COLLECTIVE Positive: Easy access to the building, all the info was passed through DM's Directions were clear , easily directed. Accom suited the event we were attending, and just a nice relaxed day in the city as we live rurally in north canterbury Negative: Unfortunatley there was nothing we didnt like about the accom. We just dont like the close proximity of living.

Great location for Te Pae conferences. Very comfortable Negative: Really didn’t like getting a message the night before check out saying check out would be 09:00, when our booking information clearly said 10:00 check out. The remote for the aircon/heater almost never worked. Needs replacing

Had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful. Positive: Very central to the City and having free car park nearby is 🙌🏻 awesome

Amenities and proximity were great - if you are out and about a great place to stay Positive: Proximity and 2 bathrooms / 2 bed combo Negative: All was fine - not a lot of space in the kitchen - dining chairs were not very comfortable - given we were trying to work that made a difference
