Excellent location, clean, modern and convenient. Positive: Excellent location for accessing central Christchurch. Minutes walk from the centre. Nice little complex of new homes. Clean and fresh - including all furniture and fittings. Two good bathrooms. The property does not have its own car parking space on site, but being a weekend we had no issue accessing free on street parking outside the property. Negative: It was a warm weekend and the upper floor was very hot - nothing a decent fan wouldn’t solve. Memory foam pillows - new and clean but if like us you’re not used to them, they felt like bricks. Trundler bed was not made up as requested but owner helped us sort it despite it being late at night. Parking on street mid week would be an issue but the owner sorts a free spot in a car park a short walk away which being so central would be worth any extra hassle. Late check in (3pm) and early check out time (9am) but we were able to request a 10am departure.

Great location and a very clean and tidy townhouse Positive: Clean and tidy. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Negative: Advert was misleading. Car park does NOT come with property. You have to park on the road and pay for parking before 5pm weekdays. Not ideal! Bedding advertised as two queen beds and two single trundler beds. We were a group of 3 adults who DIDNT want to sleep in the same bed. We were going to be charged extra to put a young adult on one of the trundler beds…. I had expressed disappointment with the parking situation and so wasn’t charged for the ‘extra’ bedding...

Excellent property in the ideal location Positive: Lovely new town house in the ideal location for exploring Christchurch. Excellent communication with Sharon who was the perfect host. Highly recommended. Negative: Loved everything!
