Lovely day great service felt very comfortable Positive: A nice tidy property close to the city, great for a extended weekend stay. Negative: It takes a bit to get used to having to climb the sets of stairs, so it’s not a great property if you have mobility issues or small children.

Family break Positive: Location Negative: Bed was too hard

Beautiful stay and first visit to Christchurch Positive: Central location very clean and new Negative: 25 stairs a to get to the bedroom and bathroom

Close to city, but not functional or comfortable Positive: It was close to the city Negative: The fact that you had to park up the road and around the corner. Not easy when you have luggage and if it’s raining. Kitchen/dining/living was very compact. The couch was uncomfortable as were the metal dining chairs. The 2 levels of stairs I had to climb to get to my room or to use the bathroom. We left our suitcases in the lounge room as we couldn’t get them up the stairs.
