Positive: Spotless clean, modern, spacious, close to the city centre, good communication from the host

Positive: Good location, clean neat apartment Negative: we were unaware that their were 3 floors, with bedrooms being on 2nd and 3rd floors, fortunately we were able to negotiate these , but it could be an issue to others and should perhaps be listed in the information. Communication was not the best as the door code was missing from our information. We waited for an hour at the front door for code.

Lovely modern townhouse in excellent central city location Positive: Really lovely two bedroom townhouse really close to cbd and just accross the road from Christchurch town hall and James Hay theatre. Very clean, fresh and modern. Owners were excellent re information and check in was easy. Parking is provided very close by and is easy to find. Negative: Nothing! Check out is relatively early at 9.00 am but this can be extended for a fee if needed.
