Positive: A great position in central Christchurch, with very handy parking. The rooms are spacious and the house has a lovely small private garden.

Fantastic location with car park just next door. Easy to walk into the Terrace.
Positive: Amazing sheets and very comfy beds - also very quiet.

Negative: We booked owner's airport drop-off service but the driver didn't show up at 05:20 am. We waited for 10 minutes then called Uber and waited for another 20 minutes on the street in the early morning. Fortunately, we did catch our flight in time but the diver no-show experience is intolerable.
